These are marketing products and services I provide that comes standard for my clients who List with me. My clients DO NOT have to pay extra for any of these features or services.
For Sale Sign - Visual boards are still important marketing tools and they work tandem with today's technology. People spend a significant amount of time in their cars and the mere fact that buyers are often on the road means that visual board signs are very important in marketing your property. Its even very possible that your neighbour down the street knows someone who is interested in buying in your area and they will come to know of your property because of the sign.
Directional Signs - The purpose of signage is not only to inform but also to guide. Directional signage is one of the most important among the different types of signage that exists today. It is important because it helps the audience find their way easily without getting stuck in the middle of nowhere.
MLS - The MLS is the place to list a home as it is used by the vast majority of real estate agents and their clients. Most sellers main goal is to get the maximum price for their house and the best way to produce a satisfying Offer is to expose it to as many buyers as possible. Listings on MLS get exposed to a million plus people which can encourage multiple Offers, thus almost ensuring the highest and or best price offered for your home.
Feature Sheets - Simply Listing the home is not enough to help it sell quickly. Feature sheets help spread the word about your property as well as helping the buyer remember what your house looked like and its special features it offers long after their visit.
Personal Website - For all my Listings, I purchase a personal URL of the address for sale (eg. www.123MainStreet.com). This website is advertised on the MLS Listing as well with the For Sale sign so that potential buyers that drive by can get information about the property. Within the website, buyers can find the house floorplans, 3D virtual tours, as we as a high-resolution photo gallery highlighting both the interior and exterior of the property. Also included is information about the neighbourhood (what schools are nearby, shopping, restaurants, grocery, and transportation).
Online 3D Tour - This is an excellent tool for those out of town or immobile to be able to "walk" through the house and experience its features.
YouTube Slide Show - Most buyers these days use the web to shop online, even for properties. High quality photos are put together in a slide show and posted on YouTube for those buyers who happen to google to see what they can find on the property. Any buyer could be our buyer and we don't want to lose out on any popular social media outlet.
Open Houses - Open Houses gets eyes on your home. It brings in potential buyers who would otherwise be too casual, lazy, or unmotivated to book a showing. The draw in visitors in more ways than a simple Listing will. Neighbours who drop by might just be angling to have someone they know move into your neighbourhood. Add in advertising and signage and we've caught the eye of both casual and serious prospective buyers.
