I had the pleasure of working with Noreen a few years ago for the rental of my place. From day 1, Noreen was extremely responsive and had great suggestions to get the best rental price even though I was skeptical and an agent friend of mine was skeptical of the asking price. She staged the place and went out of her way to get the place looking the best it could. 
Not only did she get the rental for the price she suggested but she got over the asking price due to her bargaining and professional skills.  She got the highest rental price ever for similar units in the building! That’s when I realized she is one of the best negotiators I’ve come across. All throughout the negotiations and closing, Noreen was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. She is very thorough.  
If the time ever comes when I will be looking for a new home, there isn't any question on who my Realtor will be!

I explained my situation and the urgency of the circumstances. I was under a lot of stress at the time. Noreen put me at ease. I worked closely with her and her assistant Sharmeen. Both of whom were professional, kind, attentive and provided me with the support I needed above and beyond my expectations. Finding a home is one of the most important things you'll ever do. It's a big decision. With their support I felt my needs were addressed. Their guidance and expertise not only found me the right place to live but provided me with additional support including all communication with my previous landlords representative, design and furniture advice.
