As young professional couples who recently moved to Canada, the critical support from Noreen could not be overstated. Noreen by far exceeded our expectation when she helped us found a house of our liking despite what appeared to be an insurmountable challenge, i.e., getting a house without a credit and rental history in Canada! This would have been impossible without Noreen’s support who acted as a collateral on our behalf. None of our friends could believe that we walked into a decent house straight from the airport. We cannot think of anyone else other than Noreen for those who move to Canada and look for an accommodation. Noreen is a real estate agent with a human face. She continues to engage her clients even after contractual issue is cemented. She was a great help for us in settlement relates issues such as insurance, kids’ schools and occasionally dropping us an encouraging note during our process of settlement.

Noreen is hands down one of the best realtors I know! She has helped me secure two rentals and both within 72 hrs of me starting the search. She really listens to her customers and what they are looking for and also gives you great advice back. She is personable, likeable and super professional.  She also walked me through all the paperwork in detail and made sure to negotiate well on my behalf in the crazy Toronto real estate market.
