I did not know Noreen before we chose to partner with her to sell our house. She assured us we were in good hands, and looking back that was an understatement. She assured us we were in good hands, and looking back that was an understatement. With her staging she made our house look beautiful. The comments came in on how well it showed. The housing market did a slide down after we signed with her and actually the market isn't getting any better. With everything that was going on around us in the industry, we were wondering if we needed to pause the sale. She assured us that she had our backs and to hang in there. That was the best advice. Even though houses with the same specifications were selling well below what we were asking and wanting, Noreen with her faith and determination sold ours for almost what we were asking. She worked and worked on selling our house and she believed it could be done. This was very close to a miracle. Her belief in her clients and knowledge of the market is what she brought to the table and so much more. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell their home.
