From day 1, Noreen was extremely responsive and had great suggestions to get the best rental price even though I was skeptical and an agent friend of mine was skeptical of the asking price. She staged the place and went out of her way to get the place looking the best it could. 
Not only did she get the rental for the price she suggested but she got over the asking price due to her bargaining and professional skills.  She got the highest rental price ever for similar units in the building! That’s when I realized she is one of the best negotiators I’ve come across. All throughout the negotiations and closing, Noreen was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. She is very thorough.

Noreen is amazing. She found me exactly what I was looking for, and negotiated for a price well below the market value, and then redesigned the space to make it look even better. I could not have hoped for a better result.

Perhaps equally importantly, Noreen made the process easy. She really listened to what I needed, and then when my requirements changed, she pivoted with grace and finesse. Whenever I had questions, she always had the answers and her explanations were always simple and clear.
