It was my first time selling the property in Canada, and Noreen took a holistic approach to it, and she held my hand along the way with each step. She is a very hard-working and dedicated realtor, and she put her blood, sweat, and heart into this craft. She had explained all the steps at the beginning, and we followed the course steadily and confidently. She designed the kitchen and bathroom and found a contractor who agreed to take on the job on concise notice, and they finished the project promptly.
