I was very new in the country and still unfamiliar with many aspects, and Noreen took care of everything for me. She was fantastic and very easy to work with, as well as patient and assisted me with every single thing from start to finish! She took care of all the details, gave me lots of tips, and went to lengths to make sure I found a place I loved. We met Noreen in 2013 at an open house in our condo building. My husband and I were looking for a second condo unit to become a rental unit. From the very first meeting we were very impressed with her hands on approach, real estate skills, professionalism and abilities. We knew she was a very special person right away and that she would be the realtor for us. We continued to work with Noreen. She has also provided us with up to date appraisals on our condo so we keep informed of the market value. 
In 2015 we purchased our rental condo through Noreen. She made this purchase easy, and the closing was seamless and she came to our home for all the paperwork signatures. We were very impressed with her personal touches. 
We just approached Noreen in February 2020 to to rent out our rental condo. Noreen handled everything. It was set up and ready to show in a matter of days. Noreen had it rented for the amount she had advised she could get in 1 month. 
After the unit got rented, we were away on vacation and again Noreen stepped in to offer her assistance to the new tenants in our absence and she didn’t even have to step in for us but did and she did an excellent job.

It was my first time selling the property in Canada, and Noreen took a holistic approach to it, and she held my hand along the way with each step. She is a very hard-working and dedicated realtor, and she put her blood, sweat, and heart into this craft. She had explained all the steps at the beginning, and we followed the course steadily and confidently. She designed the kitchen and bathroom and found a contractor who agreed to take on the job on concise notice, and they finished the project promptly. Noreen took care of the renovation process almost entirely (of course, as an owner, you have to be engaged from time to time). After that, she provided the staging for my place, and as a result of all the efforts, we sold my unit at the highest price ever in the building. It’s been a pleasure working with Noreen.
