We met Noreen in 2013 at an open house in our condo building. My husband and I were looking for a second condo unit to become a rental unit. From the very first meeting we were very impressed with her hands on approach, real estate skills, professionalism and abilities. We knew she was a very special person right away and that she would be the realtor for us. We continued to work with Noreen. She has also provided us with up to date appraisals on our condo so we keep informed of the market value. 
In 2015 we purchased our rental condo through Noreen. She made this purchase easy, and the closing was seamless and she came to our home for all the paperwork signatures. We were very impressed with her personal touches. 
We just approached Noreen in February 2020 to to rent out our rental condo. Noreen handled everything. It was set up and ready to show in a matter of days. Noreen had it rented for the amount she had advised she could get in 1 month. 
After the unit got rented, we were away on vacation and again Noreen stepped in to offer her assistance to the new tenants in our absence and she didn’t even have to step in for us but did and she did an excellent job.

Noreen is amazing. She found me exactly what I was looking for, and negotiated for a price well below the market value, and then redesigned the space to make it look even better. I could not have hoped for a better result.

Perhaps equally importantly, Noreen made the process easy. She really listened to what I needed, and then when my requirements changed, she pivoted with grace and finesse. Fast forward 6 years.  Our comfy abode was sabotaged by a 7-year-old and a toilet.  Water flooded 3 floors ruining walls, ceilings, floors and that which sat upon them.  Again, we were lost.  By this time, Noreen had become good friends of the family.   We asked her for some simple advice, but instead of a simple answer, we inherited a project manager. Once again, Noreen took the reins.  She helped us deal with insurance, find a contractor, and walked us through how our destroyed home could be turned into an investment project, not only creating a new and better home, but also increasing the value of our property.   During this difficult time, Noreen once again made herself available all hours of the day.  She reassured our anxieties by being there for us every step of the way.  Not just by phone or texting, she was there on site making sure things were done right.  I honestly don’t know many agents, friends or even family that would help us the way Noreen did.   Thank you Noreen.
