I was so fortunate to have found Noreen through a referral when I needed a realtor’s help getting rental in the GTA. As my agent, she assisted me with everything! Even though difficult situations happened, she was patient, working very hard and solved problems right away. She is honest, passionate, hardworking and highly experienced in real estate. We met Noreen in 2013 at an open house in our condo building. My husband and I were looking for a second condo unit to become a rental unit. From the very first meeting we were very impressed with her hands on approach, real estate skills, professionalism and abilities. We knew she was a very special person right away and that she would be the realtor for us. We continued to work with Noreen. She has also provided us with up to date appraisals on our condo so we keep informed of the market value. 
In 2015 we purchased our rental condo through Noreen. She made this purchase easy, and the closing was seamless and she came to our home for all the paperwork signatures. We were very impressed with her personal touches. 
We just approached Noreen in February 2020 to to rent out our rental condo. Noreen handled everything. It was set up and ready to show in a matter of days. Noreen had it rented for the amount she had advised she could get in 1 month. 
After the unit got rented, we were away on vacation and again Noreen stepped in to offer her assistance to the new tenants in our absence and she didn’t even have to step in for us but did and she did an excellent job.

We migrated to Canada in 2015 and it was a whole new experience for us. There were several challenges we faced like finding a best city to live, best school for kids and of course a good house to start life and raised family. We moved to the city of Mississauga because it was convenient for me to commute to work as well as easy for my wife to travel every day to Toronto. As were looking for a house close to station and school for convinience and there I found this beautiful property and met Noreen. Firstly we thought this is not going to be easy because my wife was studying and I was new in the city but honestly I had a great experience working with Noreen. She helped us in all ways from making the deal through to help us moving as well. She is a gem For us and I am really thankful for her services.
