It was my first time selling the property in Canada, and Noreen took a holistic approach to it, and she held my hand along the way with each step. She is a very hard-working and dedicated realtor, and she put her blood, sweat, and heart into this craft. She designed the kitchen and bathroom and found a contractor who agreed to take on the job on concise notice, and they finished the project promptly. Noreen took care of the renovation process almost entirely (of course, as an owner, you have to be engaged from time to time). After that, she provided the staging for my place, and as a result of all the efforts, we sold my unit at the highest price ever in the building. It’s been a pleasure working with Noreen.
