When it was time to downgrade from our large home in Markham, we reached out to Noreen, a successful realtor, to help us sell and acquire a smaller home.

Noreen’s creative ideas and experience in staging transformed our house into an immaculate luxurious home using most of the items we already owned which helped to keep the costs down.

Punctual and organized, she sent regular reminders for important events that helped us keep on track and helped us get above the asking price for our home.

 Her resourcefulness further helped us acquire a beautiful home in Ajax paying just what the house was worth and within our budget.

When buying the house there were some renovations required to make the house fit our lifestyle.  Noreen helped with choosing the tiles, the paint, the counter tops and reaching out to the contractors for estimates which she went over an above her job as a realtor which was really appreciated.

We met Noreen in 2013 at an open house in our condo building. My husband and I were looking for a second condo unit to become a rental unit. From the very first meeting we were very impressed with her hands on approach, real estate skills, professionalism and abilities. We knew she was a very special person right away and that she would be the realtor for us. We continued to work with Noreen. She has also provided us with up to date appraisals on our condo so we keep informed of the market value. 
In 2015 we purchased our rental condo through Noreen. She made this purchase easy, and the closing was seamless and she came to our home for all the paperwork signatures. We were very impressed with her personal touches. 
We just approached Noreen in February 2020 to to rent out our rental condo. Noreen handled everything. It was set up and ready to show in a matter of days. Noreen had it rented for the amount she had advised she could get in 1 month. 
After the unit got rented, we were away on vacation and again Noreen stepped in to offer her assistance to the new tenants in our absence and she didn’t even have to step in for us but did and she did an excellent job.

I was very new in the country and still unfamiliar with many aspects, and Noreen took care of everything for me.
