Last year, my family and I had our house listed on the market with a different realastate agent but had little success. The experience was both frustrating and disappointing. This year we decided to try again. We had many agents approach us but hardly any of them seemed to be driven or motivated to get our house sold. That was until we met Noreen, who instantly gave off a feeling of energy and determination we then decided to try her and were so happy that we did.

Noreen looked at our house a different way, then rolled up her sleeves and with her expertise turned our house into a warm and comfortable home that looked fantastic.

I had the pleasure of working with Noreen a few years ago for the rental of my place. From day 1, Noreen was extremely responsive and had great suggestions to get the best rental price even though I was skeptical and an agent friend of mine was skeptical of the asking price. She staged the place and went out of her way to get the place looking the best it could. 
Not only did she get the rental for the price she suggested but she got over the asking price due to her bargaining and professional skills.  She got the highest rental price ever for similar units in the building! That’s when I realized she is one of the best negotiators I’ve come across. All throughout the negotiations and closing, Noreen was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. She is very thorough.
