Noreen is amazing. She found me exactly what I was looking for, and negotiated for a price well below the market value, and then redesigned the space to make it look even better. I could not have hoped for a better result.

Perhaps equally importantly, Noreen made the process easy. She really listened to what I needed, and then when my requirements changed, she pivoted with grace and finesse. Whenever I had questions, she always had the answers and her explanations were always simple and clear. She also checked for things that I would never have imagined needed to be checked. This process would have been overwhelming without her, especially with my short timeline. Instead, it was as easy as spending the day with a good friend invested in my success.

I had the pleasure of working with Noreen a few years ago for the rental of my place. From day 1, Noreen was extremely responsive and had great suggestions to get the best rental price even though I was skeptical and an agent friend of mine was skeptical of the asking price. We met Noreen in 2013 at an open house in our condo building. My husband and I were looking for a second condo unit to become a rental unit. From the very first meeting we were very impressed with her hands on approach, real estate skills, professionalism and abilities.
