My mom and I have had the pleasure of working with Noreen.  

She is detail-oriented and gives great advice.  She helped us get into our home with minimal stress.  Everything went smoothly.  Noreen was always honest with us about what she thought of each property.  She was always available and helpful and we always felt that she truly had our best interests at heart.

In the future, if we ever decide to move, we will definitely use Noreen again to both sell our home and find a new one. She was great to work with.

In 2013, after our second child was born, my wife and I decided apartment life was a little too small for the four of us.  We began house shopping with no clue of where to start or what to look for.  Shortly thereafter, and thanks to Noreen, we settled in the perfect place.  Noreen made herself available almost 24/7, answering question and concerns, and educated us where and what we needed to know.  As first time home buyers, Noreen made each and every step involved seem as seamless and simple as it could be.   
Fast forward 6 years.  Our comfy abode was sabotaged by a 7-year-old and a toilet.  Water flooded 3 floors ruining walls, ceilings, floors and that which sat upon them.  Again, we were lost.  By this time, Noreen had become good friends of the family.   We asked her for some simple advice, but instead of a simple answer, we inherited a project manager. Once again, Noreen took the reins.  She helped us deal with insurance, find a contractor, and walked us through how our destroyed home could be turned into an investment project, not only creating a new and better home, but also increasing the value of our property.   During this difficult time, Noreen once again made herself available all hours of the day.  She reassured our anxieties by being there for us every step of the way.  Not just by phone or texting, she was there on site making sure things were done right.  I honestly don’t know many agents, friends or even family that would help us the way Noreen did.   Thank you Noreen.  
 

Noreen is amazing. She found me exactly what I was looking for, and negotiated for a price well below the market value, and then redesigned the space to make it look even better. I could not have hoped for a better result.

Perhaps equally importantly, Noreen made the process easy. She really listened to what I needed, and then when my requirements changed, she pivoted with grace and finesse. Whenever I had questions, she always had the answers and her explanations were always simple and clear. She also checked for things that I would never have imagined needed to be checked. This process would have been overwhelming without her, especially with my short timeline. Instead, it was as easy as spending the day with a good friend invested in my success.

It was my first time selling the property in Canada, and Noreen took a holistic approach to it, and she held my hand along the way with each step. She is a very hard-working and dedicated realtor, and she put her blood, sweat, and heart into this craft. She had explained all the steps at the beginning, and we followed the course steadily and confidently. She designed the kitchen and bathroom and found a contractor who agreed to take on the job on concise notice, and they finished the project promptly. Noreen took care of the renovation process almost entirely (of course, as an owner, you have to be engaged from time to time).
