I had the pleasure of working with Noreen a few years ago for the rental of my place. From day 1, Noreen was extremely responsive and had great suggestions to get the best rental price even though I was skeptical and an agent friend of mine was skeptical of the asking price. She staged the place and went out of her way to get the place looking the best it could. 
Not only did she get the rental for the price she suggested but she got over the asking price due to her bargaining and professional skills.  She got the highest rental price ever for similar units in the building! That’s when I realized she is one of the best negotiators I’ve come across. All throughout the negotiations and closing, Noreen was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. She is very thorough.

It was my first time selling the property in Canada, and Noreen took a holistic approach to it, and she held my hand along the way with each step. She is a very hard-working and dedicated realtor, and she put her blood, sweat, and heart into this craft.
