In 2013, after our second child was born, my wife and I decided apartment life was a little too small for the four of us.  We began house shopping with no clue of where to start or what to look for.  Shortly thereafter, and thanks to Noreen, we settled in the perfect place.  Noreen made herself available almost 24/7, answering question and concerns, and educated us where and what we needed to know.  As first time home buyers, Noreen made each and every step involved seem as seamless and simple as it could be.   
Fast forward 6 years.  Our comfy abode was sabotaged by a 7-year-old and a toilet.  Water flooded 3 floors ruining walls, ceilings, floors and that which sat upon them.  Again, we were lost.  By this time, Noreen had become good friends of the family.   We asked her for some simple advice, but instead of a simple answer, we inherited a project manager.
